When will my order be shipped? All Personalized Announcements, Labels and Thank You Cards will be shipped out 4-5 business days after order is processed. All other items will be shipped 1-2 business days after the order is processed. Back to Top
How much is shipping? Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95. The flat rate shipping charge does not apply to our products on our CafePress site. Shipping charges may be less or more when purhcasing products from CafePress'website. Back to Top
Can I choose the wording on announcements? Yes! You may choose to fill in blanks provided for the message or provide your own message in Option 2 section. Wording may have to be adjusted in point size as well as breaks to accomodate your custom message. Back to Top
Can I cancel my order? You can cancel within 24 hours providing no personalized items have been printed and no regular merchandise has been shipped. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for any cancellations. Back to Top
Do you offer Gift Certificates? Yes we offer Gift Certificates. They can be purchased from the Home page and/or at the bottom of most pages. Each Gift Certificate has its own unique code that can be entered in the gift certificate/coupon area at checkout. They are sold in increments of $5.00 and can be used towards anything on our site. If the Gift Certificate is more than the purchased items, a credit for future purchases will be logged with Kiddie Prints. Upon returning to the site you only need to re-enter the code during checkout to redeem the balanced left. The code is all you will need to reddem the Gift Certificate. There is no need to mail it back to us. All Gift Certificates are valid for 1 (one) year after purchase. - Please note: Kiddie Prints Gift Certificates can not be used on any items sold on our Cafepress.com site. Back to Top
I lost the email/Certificate you sent. May I get another? We can email you the Gift Certificate at no charge. If you wish to have another printed by us and sent to you via mail, please email us at sales@kiddieprints.com or submit your request by the Contact page on this site. Be sure to include your name, address, telephone number and when you originally ordered the certificate. The cost to recreate and resend the Gift Certificate by mail is $5.00. Back to Top
